DESCRIPTION:COURSE DETAILS:\n\nThe Performance Management process ensures that the employee and the organization are focused on the same priorities\, while developing each individual to their fullest potential.\n\n \n\nThis workshop will address:\n\n Setting performance expectations and providing developmental guidance and feedback to enable employees to meet those expectations\n Defining employee expectations through the use of competencies\n Employee performance goal setting\n Developmental planning (e.g. training and development plans)\n Performance appraisal process\n Tips for improving employee productivity\n Pay for performance structures\n Career management\n\nLEARNING OUTCOMES:\n\nUpon successful completion of the workshop\, the participant will be able to:\n\n\n Define performance management\n Understand the performance management process and the tools available to support it\n Identify employee expectations\n Discuss effective goal-setting\n Develop a performance plan\n\n\nAUTOMOTIVE MANAGEMENT STATEMENT OF COMPLETION:\n\n This workshop is part of a series of 10 workshops offered by NCDA & BCIT.
