2017 Automotive Management Workshop with BCIT: June 13, 2017 Stress Management (1-Day Workshop)
COURSE DETAILS:
We all experience stress on a daily basis. It is found everywhere, in all aspects of life. Stress means different things to different people and people react differently to adverse or disturbing events. Stress comes about not from the event itself, but from how we respond to it. This course will explore the occupational and personal sources of stress, responses to stressors, as well as internal factors that impact how we respond to various situations and demands. We will also explore organizational approaches to dealing with the stressors in the workplace.
This workshop is part of a series of 10 workshops offered by NCDA & BCIT. Successful completion of 8 of 10 workshops results in a Statement of Completion Award.
